Personal growth

Articles, books, and other resources for self esteem, confidence, spirituality, mindfulness, and the development of your best self!

  • Most people aren’t going to seek out long blog posts or articles on personal / emotional growth. Maybe some, but not most. So I have found that most people like their information in easily digestible bits via social media these days. This can be a blessing and curse for obvious reasons, but there are a lot of great real-life clinicians doing really great work on social media. Here are a few that I’ve found that share truly helpful, relevant, original content that is designed to help you pause, think, reflect, and perhaps implement slowly into your daily life. I have found that inspirational and thought provoking content popping up in our social media feeds keeps therapeutic work in the forefront of our minds. I ask a lot of clients to follow these accounts as it keeps the things we are working on “front and center” in between sessions.
